This screenprint is inspired by the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin, a place that means a great deal to me. I lived in Dublin for many years and spent a huge amount of time in the gardens when my children were young. I was especially drawn to the great Palm House - its light, atmosphere and sense of calm made it a place I always loved spending time in.

This print was made for Parklife: A Printed Landscape, an exhibition celebrating the 65th anniversary of Graphic Studio Dublin and I was delighted my print was included in the show in October 2025. It brought together artists responding to Dublin’s parks and green spaces, supported by IPUT Real Estate Dublin. The exhibition opened at the Cowshed Gallery at Farmleigh, in Phoenix Park, before moving to the Graphic Studio Gallery in Temple Bar, until January 2026. I was thrilled that it was used as the cover image across all the exhibition’s printed and marketing material.
